Website privacy notice
MonsteraHR, LLC · Last updated July 28, 2026
What this notice covers
This notice describes how MonsteraHR, LLC (“MonsteraHR,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website (https://www.monsterahr.com). Client engagements and the MonsteraHR platform are governed by the agreements and privacy terms provided as part of those relationships.
What we collect
This site collects information in two ways:
- The discovery-call form: your name, work email, company, approximate headcount, and the message you write to us.
- Standard server logs: technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) kept for security and reliability.
We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels on this site, and we do not set marketing cookies.
How we use it
We use what you share only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and schedule a conversation if you asked for one. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Where it is processed and how long we keep it
Data is processed in the United States. Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and reasonable follow-up, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information. To exercise them — or to ask anything about this notice — email hello@monsterahr.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update this page and its date. Material changes will be called out plainly rather than buried.
